KISSM Block Rotation
July 11th - 29th 2022 (Monday to Friday)
Our immersive 3 week summer program is a great opportunity for young musicians and performers to explore their passion and find their place among like minded peers! To help facilitate this, we pack each day with many opportunities to learn and explore music in different ways. At the time of registration, students are able to choose what courses they wish to take part in, depending on their specific interests. Once they are at KISSM, students also have opportunities to participate n community outreach activities, participate in final, week performances, and show off all the amazing things they have learned. Below we will lay out course options, daily schedules and much more!
The Kamloops Interior Summer School of Music strives to maintain an atmosphere where students who want to learn may do so in an environment which encourages creativity and recognizes the importance of the individual. Students are accepted at whatever their proficiency level may be and are encouraged to grow.KISSM is committed to establishing and maintaining a safe, inclusive, equitable, and welcoming learning and working environment for all students, teachers, and volunteers within our program.
