And now, the moment you’ve all been waiting for… announcing the 2021 Set the Stage! Musical! This year it will be Roald Dahl’s Tony award winning, Matilda the Musical! This is the thrilling story about an astonishing young lady who is sent to a school with a nasty principle named Miss Trunchbul. Miss Trunchbu hates children and those who don’t abide by her rules. At school, Matilda makes an extraordinary connection with her teacher Miss Honey. Through their connection Matilda starts to grow to her full potential and discovers something about herself that will change her life forever!
Topped with upbeat musical numbers, dramatic ballads, and songs of triumph for kids of all ages, Matilda the Musical is not one to miss. This spring break, enroll your children in a program where they can learn in an environment that will nourish their acting, dancing, and singing skills, all while they make lifelong connections with like minded friends!
Set the Stage! will take place during spring break 2021. Classes will be held at the United Church (423 St Paul St) under the direction of professional staff. All music equipment, supplies and food (2 snacks and lunch) is included in the cost of registration. The program will run from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM and the final performance of Matilda will be taped for parents. COVID safety protocols will be in effect.
