Program Terms and Conditions

In order to be able to offer the safest possible program for our participants and their families, the Kamloops Music Collective has adopted a number of Protocols and Procedures for all of our programs. To create a comprehensive list of protocols and procedures to be followed during our Spring Break program, the Kamloops Music Collective has been referencing information from Work Safe BC, BC Centre for Disease Control, The Province of British Columbia COVID-19 Webpage and other industry relevant examples. If new information is released that is relevant to our programs, we will update this document and our website to reflect this.

Please keep in mind that while the protocols and procedures may feel really daunting, it is equally important to us that your kids remain safe and healthy but that they also have a fantastic time and learn through music!

Cancellation Policy

In the unfortunate situation where the program needs to be cancelled on short notice due to health concerns, registrants are entitled to either a full refund (in the event that the program has not commenced) or a prorated amount (if the program is cancelled part way through the week).

Withdrawal Policy

In the event that you wish to withdraw your child from a program after you have paid the registration fee, a processing fee of $75 will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Health and Safety

Due to recent concerns regarding COVID19, we require children to be 100% healthy to attend the program.  If your child has a fever or signs of a cold or flu, we will ask that they do not attend the program.  If a child develops symptoms of an illness during the day that child will be removed from the class and staff will contact parent/guardian to come and pick the child up.
