Another Year of the Whole Note Program is About to Begin!

Updated: Oct 8, 2019

For the 4th year now, we are pleased to be welcoming young musicians into our Whole Note program this fall!

The Whole Note is a comprehensive program that provides restricted-income youth with a wide range of musical experiences. The program's goals are to empower youth through music by offering free private lessons, mentorship, a scholarship to the Kamloops Interior Summer School of Music and other performance opportunities.

We're pleased to be working with generous community partners and sponsors committed to supporting youth accepted into the program. Whole Note applications are accepted from Kamloops students in Grades 6 through 11 and the intake happens in the Fall each year.

Youth who participate in the program are also encouraged to share their love of music and the knowledge they gain through the program with others in the community.

To be considered for the 2019 Fall intake into the program applications must be in by our extended deadline of November 1st!
