I have been fortunate enough to be involved with KISSM for the past four years as both a camp musician and mentor, and these four years have been an excellent opportunity for me to not only improve my musical ability while I was a student, but also acted a learning platform from the musical community as a whole.
KISSM has given me so many unique opportunities such as leading sectionals and learning the basics of conducting while I was a student, and constructing forty paper top hats or creating a man eating plant for Little Shop of Horrors from scratch while I mentored.
Congratulations on the 40 years, KISSM, and thank you for offering a community I can call home!
