Finances should never prevent a child from participating in the arts. As a non-profit organization, the Kamloops Music Collective is committed to making our programming accessible to as many children and youth in our communities as possible. Our financial assistance has helped hundreds of children to register in tuition-based programs at a reduced rate.  Applications for financial assistance funding are open to everyone. To view eligibility and submission details, download the application package below. Your privacy matters to us. All applications are held in confidence.

This Spring Break the Kamloops Music Collective is excited to be able to offer 4, $250 bursaries for Set the Stage! If you have any questions, please feel free to email info@KamloopsMusicCollective.ca.

If you would like to pursue further funding, we recommend looking into the Boogie the Bridge Cultural Fund (BBCF). Program Regulations

Health and Safety Policy

Because of COVID- 19 and resulting health regulations, we require children to be 100% healthy to attend the program. If your child has a fever or signs of a cold or flu, they will not be allowed to attend the program. We will be doing a verbal check with the students before they enter the facility to ensure they are not experiencing symptoms. If a child develops symptoms of an illness during the day that child will be removed from the class and staff will contact parent/guardian to come and pick the child up.
Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate situation where the program needs to be cancelled on short notice due to health concerns, registrants are entitled to either a full refund (in the event that the program has not commenced) or a prorated amount (if the program is cancelled part way through the week).
