The Kamloops Music Collective's Summer Series
The Kamloops Music Collective's Summer Series!
The Kamloops Music Collective is pleased to announce a series of 1 week programs this summer. Our goal is to offer fun educational music programs that meet the needs of local kids and parents in a safe and healthy way. These programs will be held at the SKSS Band Room with strict maximum registration numbers and new COVID19 protocols in place. We are currently offering parents the opportunity to register your child(ren) for these programs without any payment. Once we are able to confirm that the programs will be able to proceed (we will be adhearing to guidance fro the Provincial Health Officer) we will be invoicing everyone who has registered for full payment. Payment will be required within 5 days of the invoice and spots are not guaranteed until payment is received.
You will find a description of the programs below, email if you have any questions.
Program Terms and Conditions
In light of the current circumstances we will not be taking payment for this program at the time of registration. However, once we have confirmed that the program will take place you will be invoiced for the full cost of the program. Your child's spot is only guaranteed once we have received payment.
There will be a limited number of spots in each of the one-week Summer Series programs.
In order to proceed with each of the one-week Summer Series programs, we need to meet a minimum registration threshold two weeks before each program’s start date. In the event that this threshold is not met, the program will be cancelled.
Given how quickly the situation is currently changing, we recognize that even if we collect payment and intend to proceed with the program, regulations could shift quickly and interfere with these plans. If payment has been received and we are forced to cancel, we will provide full refunds or credit for future programs
KMC Summer Series Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate situation where the program needs to be cancelled on short notice due to health concerns, registrants are entitled to either a full refund (in the event that the program has not commenced) or a prorated amount (if the program is cancelled part way through the week)
In the event that you wish to withdraw your child from a program after you have paid the registration fee, a processing fee of $75 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Health and Safety
Due to recent concerns regarding COVID19, we require children to be 100% healthy to attend the program. If your child has a fever or signs of a cold or flu, we will ask that they do not attend the program. If a child develops symptoms of an illness during the day that child will be removed from the class and staff will contact parent/guardian to come and pick the child up.
